• Booking Confirmation:
  A legally binding contract is established once you make a booking and we accept it. For confirmation, a completed booking form and a 200 Euros deposit of the chosen tour’s cost are required.

The remaining is due 35 days before your arrival. Additionally, a 5% fee per person, per deposit, will be charged to cover banking expenses.

• Deposits and Payments:
  Your booking is officially confirmed when we receive your initial payment, which varies depending on your selected package. The final payment, equating to 50% of the tour cost, is due 35 days prior to your trip.

Late bookings are subject to availability and note that prices, fixed upon full payment, may change beforehand.

• Itineraries:
  We reserve the right to modify trip plans when necessary for your benefit or due to unforeseen circumstances.

If we must cancel a trip before its commencement, you will be entitled to a full refund and notified through an Email.

• Transportation:
  We collaborate with third-party providers for transportation, accommodation, and activities. While we aim for the highest quality, some aspects are beyond our control.
  As intermediaries, airlines and tour operators are not liable for issues caused by other service providers.
• Baggage:
  Each airline has its own baggage policies. During your journey with us, you are allowed two bags for transportation.
• Prices and Arrangements:
  Tour prices are initially based on the costs at the time of booking and are subject to change before full payment is made. We will inform you of any changes and seek your consent for any price adjustments due to unexpected cost increases.
• Child Policy:
  Travelers under 18 years must be accompanied by one of their parents, ensuring a safe and family-friendly travel experience.
• Active Elements & Fitness to Travel:
  Our trips often involve physical activities. It is important that you are in good health and inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to your trip.
• Passport and Visas:
  We assist with visa and insurance based on your request. However, if there are travel restrictions to Iran from your country, the decision to travel is yours.
• Cancellation and Refunds:
  Our refund policy is structured as follows:

• 60 days or more: €200 non-refundable deposit
• 46 to 59 Days: 50% of total cost is non-refundable.
• 30 to 45 Days: 75% of total cost is non-refundable.
• 0 to 29 Days:     100% non-refundable. No refunds on no shows or unused portions of  trips.

 We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.

• Force Majeure:
  We are not responsible for unforeseen events beyond our control that may affect your trip. Appropriate insurance is recommended to cover such eventualities.
• Photography During Travel:
  Photography is encouraged during your travels, but adherence to local customs and rules is important. Our guides will offer advice on appropriate photography practices.
• Complaints:
  If any issues arise during your trip, please inform us promptly so we can address them. Your feedback is crucial for improving our services.
• Amendments:
  Changes to our terms and conditions require approval from our top management. Please confirm any amendments 35 days before your arrival to facilitate smooth preparations.
• Important Limitation on the Company’s Liability:
  Our role, along with that of airlines and other operators, is limited to that of intermediaries. We are not liable for third-party issues but are dedicated to assisting you wherever possible.
• Privacy Policy:

• Responsibility:
